Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Work within the printing department and handle daily production tasks efficiently

  2. Assemble and install acrylic components (cutting, fixing, and finishing)

  3. Apply and install vinyl stickers and banners on various surfaces

  4. Operate and monitor digital printing machines

  5. Install indoor and outdoor signage at client locations

  6. Print and prepare promotional items (e.g., mugs, t-shirts, and giveaways)

  7. Prepare print files and ensure high-quality output before delivery

  8. Use tools and equipment safely (drill, heat gun, ladders, etc.)

  9. Meet deadlines and handle work under pressure when required

  10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in signage, printing, or advertising industry Strong experience in acrylic fabrication and installation Skilled in vinyl application (stickers) and banner installation Ability to operate digital printing machines is a plus Experience in indoor & outdoor signage installation Basic knowledge of electrical work for illuminated signs (LED) is an advantage Good understanding of materials, measurements, and finishing techniques Ability to work on-site and handle physical tasks (ladders, installations, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with a positive attitude UAE driving license is preferred
