Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ELV system layouts, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards, creating detailed schematics and specifications.
  • Oversee ELV system installations, conducting site inspections, managing contractors, and ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
  • Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of ELV systems, including fire alarm, security, and building management systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ELV system issues, diagnosing faults, implementing solutions, and providing technical support to maintenance teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications, such as RCDD or equivalent, showcasing expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP ELV engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of ELV systems, including fire alarm, security, CCTV, access control, and BMS.
