Site Civil Engineer (Villa Projects) J10 Consulting FZ LLE

Our Tier 1 Main Contracting Client has a new requirement for a well experienced Site Civil Engineers to join their team in Abu Dhabi to work on high profile new build villas, mansions and residential projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Site Civil Engineer with good knowledge in high profile villa and residential projects in the UAE and working for recognised Main Contracting Companies previously.

This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and subcontractors for seamless work execution.
• Manage and track material deliveries, tools, and manpower needs for your assigned zone.
• Conduct inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Raise and elevate technical queries, interface issues, or deviations.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Section Manager.
• Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
• Review and approve sub-contractor and supplier submittals, including shop drawings and material samples.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during construction.
• Perform site visits and inspections to assess construction progress and quality.
