Site Civil Engineer (villa experience)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in villa construction projects in the UAE, with the ability to manage site activities, supervise execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all civil works at site, especially villa construction activities. Ensure execution of works is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure timely completion of works. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams. Check site levels, dimensions, and quantities to ensure accuracy of execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards, municipality regulations, and quality requirements. Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and material requests. Handle inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants and relevant authorities. Monitor labor productivity and site resources effectively. Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions. Ensure proper documentation of site activities and completed works.
