Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Contractors, Consultants, and the Client Representative.
  • Meetings: Organize and manage site meetings to monitor progress; record minutes and track action items.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, materials, and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Review and coordinate RFIs, Shop Drawings, and Material Samples.
  • Reporting: Maintain clear communication between site and the main design office.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Site Coordinator or Site Architect with a consultancy/design firm in the UAE.
  • Technical: Strong knowledge of construction processes, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred.
