Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage
substation equipment.
• Ensure all site activities comply with design specifications, project requirements, and
international standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams to resolve electrical issues.
• Monitor and maintain quality, safety, and progress on-site.
• Prepare and review technical reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site
execution.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site electrical challenges.
• Knowledge of IEEE, IEC, BS, and other relevant international standards.
• Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in the high voltage transmission field, specifically with
substation equipment supervision.
