- Monitor material usage and resource allocation to support cost-effective construction
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports and related documentation
- Enforce site safety procedures and actively monitor worker safety compliance
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site construction teams

- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline
- Two to four years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction engineering
- Hands-on experience managing construction works or direct involvement in site operations
- Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders on active sites
