Site Engineer - Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team and oversee on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on-site in the UAE, and be a native Arabic speaker. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and an ability to work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all site civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and local regulations.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained across the construction site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and schedules.
• Manage site inspections with consultants and authorities as required.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and site-related issues.
• Ensure work is completed within planned timelines and budgets.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including site diaries, logs, and material records.
