Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to schedule and oversee construction activities efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed reports on progress, delays, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and material usage.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular safety audits and training.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to resolve on-site design discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, changes, and inspections to support project completion.
  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and minimizing project delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BE is not compulsory. Proficient, Intelligent & Experienced candidates are welcome.

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, preferably in residential and commercial projects.

  • Strong analytical skills are essential for problem-solving and decision-making in complex project scenarios.

  • Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide teams through challenges and ensure project alignment.

  • A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends is necessary.

  • Physical fitness is important to navigate construction sites and perform on-ground inspections.
