Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all fit-out activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage material procurement and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials used in fit-out projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets high standards and aligns with client expectations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, tracking milestones and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Support the project manager in budget management, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in fit-out projects, showcasing a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential to understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in high-end residential or commercial fit-out projects is highly desirable, reflecting a specialized skill set.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset are essential for navigating challenges and finding innovative solutions.
  • Attention to detail is critical to ensure all aspects of the fit-out meet specified quality standards.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in varied environments are important for on-site project management.
