Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC system installations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, local codes, and safety regulations for optimal performance.
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or defects in HVAC installations promptly.
- Manage and coordinate HVAC subcontractors, monitoring their progress, and ensuring work aligns with project timelines and budgets.
- Interpret and review HVAC design drawings, specifications, and schematics to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in HVAC principles.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent, demonstrating professional competence and expertise.
- Offers a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC site engineering, showcasing practical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of HVAC system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring comprehensive technical skills.
