Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review and understand shop drawings and project specifications.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and timeline.
Coordinate with site team, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor daily site progress and report updates to management.
Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
Ensure materials are available before starting work.
Solve site issues and make sure work runs smoothly without delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for fresh graduates or candidates with experience (0–5+ years) in interior fit-out or related field.
Basic understanding of shop drawings (mandatory).
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving skills.
Must be currently based in UAE (preferred).
Driving license is a plus.
