Job Title: Site Engineer – Interior Fit-out
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Interior Fit-out) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out works. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and highlight potential risks or delays. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at site. Verify and check materials delivered to the site for quality compliance. Manage workforce and resolve technical/site-related issues. Support project handover by ensuring all works meet quality and client requirements.
Salary 4000- 6000 based on experience
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, finishing works, and materials. Proficiency in reading drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid UAE driving license with own car.( petrol allowance by company)
