Roles & Responsibilities

Supervising site activities and ensuring work execution according to approved drawings and specifications.

  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
  • Preparing daily progress reports and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
  • Managing finishing and fit-out works on-site.
  • Handling inspections and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience (Finishing & Fit-Out)

  • Architecture of Civil Engineering graduate
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
  • Good Command of English
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks on-site
