Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirement plans.

Monitor progress with respect to timeline, cost, and quality parameters.

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction works.

Interpret drawings and resolve technical issues at site.

Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) norms.

Review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts.

Ensure project compliance with contractual scope and changes.

Assist in dispute/claim resolutions while safeguarding company interests.

Track project costs, financial performance, and cash flow.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities.

Lead supervisory and engineering teams, ensuring timely task completion.

Monitor material inventory, delivery schedules, and site utilization.

Report progress and critical issues to senior management.



Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/BE Civil)

Minimum 4 years of experience (home country experience acceptable)
