Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking Site Engineers with proven experience in luxury retail fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and client requirements are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage site activities related to luxury retail fit-out projects.
  • Ensure work progress aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project team members.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly progress reports for management.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned site works within budget and schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail fit-out projects within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and site management.
