Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications while managing on-site teams effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design issues, ensuring that all modifications are documented and executed accurately.
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily reports on project progress, including labor, materials used, and any discrepancies encountered.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant site engineering experience, demonstrating a track record of on-site project management and execution.
