Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines for fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials for interior projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies to maintain high standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, including progress updates, daily logs, and incident reports for fit-out projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in fit-out or interior construction projects.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects within the hospitality, retail, or commercial sectors.

  • Driving License
