About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Joinery & Fit-Out) to oversee and manage project execution on-site. The role involves supervising installations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare site activities, ensuring approvals for drawings, samples, and materials.
• Supervise daily site operations, joinery installation, subcontractor work, and labor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Act as the main liaison between factory, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site meetings, share updates, and manage documentation.
• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and submit gate pass requests.
• Oversee project closing, issue completion certificates, and coordinate invoicing and payment follow-up.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery, furniture, or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking materials, fit-out methods, and finishing processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with UAE construction safety standards and quality control.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
