Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers to define project milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage site documentation including daily reports, progress logs, and safety records.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to schedules.
  • Oversee subcontractors and allies, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all site personnel adhere to necessary safety regulations and protocols.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve engineering problems promptly.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams and site staff.
  • Coordinate procurement and scheduling of materials to prevent construction delays.
  • Facilitate effective communication between various project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site engineering or project management.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and familiar with digital project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder interactions.
  • Certification or licensure in engineering is highly preferred or required per jurisdiction.
