Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations for efficient execution.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, providing clear direction and resolving conflicts to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, proactively identifying and rectifying issues to uphold construction standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports, for accurate record-keeping.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Aluminium & Glass Industry
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA, ensuring a commitment to safety standards.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision and industry knowledge.
preferably with UAE driving License
