Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations for efficient execution.
  • Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and resolving on-site issues promptly.
  • Monitor project progress against the schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or risks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a strong foundation is key.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to safety.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in building construction.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD; essential tools for the role.


The candidate should be a degree/diploma holder in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years’ experience in project execution at site in similar glass & metal fabrication companies. UAE D/L preferred. Knowledge of attending site meetings with consultants, client & capability to take accurate site measurements, coordinating between site and factory must.
