Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Site Manager (Piping – Oil & Gas Projects) Location: Qatar / UAE Projects Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC / Mechanical & Piping Construction Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Site Manager – Piping to lead site construction activities for major Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in piping construction, installation, and supervision within refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or pipeline EPC environments. Key Responsibilities Overall management of site execution for piping works Supervise and coordinate piping erection, fabrication, installation, and testing activities Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and project specifications Oversee hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, flushing, and pre-commissioning of piping systems Manage subcontractors, foremen, supervisors, and workforce on site Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, and Client representatives Prepare daily progress reports and attend site meetings
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements Minimum 10+ years experience in Oil & Gas construction At least 5 years in Site Manager / Senior Piping Supervisor role Strong experience in large bore piping, pipeline works, and plant piping systems Experience in refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or pipeline EPC projects Knowledge of ASME, API, welding procedures, hydrotest procedures GCC project experience preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to handle multi-discipline coordination Education Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification Employment Type Full-time / Project-based
