Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of static equipment (vessels, heat exchangers, tanks) and rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines) in refinery and petrochemical environments.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors and subcontractors, including billing and contract compliance.
  • Implement and uphold quality control, safety standards, and assurance protocols during installation and commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment installation and functioning.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to installation, commissioning, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and start-up activities, ensuring proper equipment operation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Min. 5 years of proven experience in installation and commissioning of static and rotating equipment within Oil & Gas refineries or petrochemical complexes.
  • Strong project planning, monitoring, and contractor management skills.
  • Proficient in quality control and safety standards relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective team and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
