Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate daily site operations, ensuring seamless execution of project plans and adherence to timelines, proactively mitigating potential delays.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high-performance, providing clear direction and support.
  • Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, optimizing their utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Enforce stringent quality control measures, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions to guarantee project deliverables meet the highest standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Holds relevant professional certifications such as PMP, or a similar project management certification.

  • Boasts a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction or site management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
