Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and company standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor progress to meet project milestones and deadlines.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.• Supervise and manage daily fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a solid academic foundation is essential.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Experience in the construction industry, with a preference for experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Exhibits proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Displays strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to quickly assess and resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding a team to achieve project goals.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic or French is a plus.
  • Exhibits strong physical abilities, capable of navigating construction sites and performing necessary tasks.
