Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in supervising interior, fit-out, and MEP works at site.
Monitor activities such as gypsum, ceiling, tiling, carpentry, painting, electrical & plumbing works. Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site workers.
Coordinate the quality survey process.
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications .
Check material delivery, storage, and usage at site .
Support quality checks and finishing works
Ensure safety rules and HSE guidelines are followed
Maintain daily site progress and manpower reports
Report site issues and delays to the Project Engineer / Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years UAE experience in interior / fit-out / MEP projects Basic understanding of interior finishes and MEP services Ability to read basic drawings (GA, shop drawings) is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to learn and work under site conditions Immediate joiners preferred

Skills: Interior & fit-out supervision, Basic MEP coordination, Manpower management (basic) , Time management, Quality awareness, Teamwork & communication
