The Site Supervisor (Electrical) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while adhering to all relevant standards and regulations. This role involves supervising on-site electrical teams, coordinating with other construction teams, and liaising with project managers to ensure project goals are met. The Site Supervisor (Electrical) must have an in-depth understanding of electrical systems and construction processes, combined with excellent leadership and management skills. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the implementation of safety protocols and quality standards, fostering effective communication within teams, and resolving any on-site issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in electrical site supervision, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage electrical site teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with construction teams and project managers to align schedules and resources.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
• Inspect electrical installations and systems to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Resolve on-site issues in a timely manner to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site meetings with team members to discuss progress and address concerns.
• Ensure all necessary electrical equipment and materials are available at the site when needed.
• Develop work schedules and allocate tasks to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project progress and manage expectations.
• Analyze and mitigate potential risks associated with electrical site operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical site supervision or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and construction processes.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to decision making.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics accurately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for effective project and people management.
