Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily Civil & MEP site activities.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and resources.
Coordinate timely availability of drawings, engineering data, and materials on site.
Execute Civil & MEP works in accordance with approved drawings and scope of work.
Supervise HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil works.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality standards and timely completion of works.
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and proper use of PPE.
Manage work orders, including records of time, labor, and materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Fit-Out / Building Management / Facilities Management / Projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Civil & MEP systems.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts.
Good team coordination and supervision skills.
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and flexible working hours as per site requirements.
Good communication skills
