Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Supervisor cum Driver to support our Fit-Out department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities and transporting materials, workers, and tools between sites. The role requires a hands-on, organized individual with experience in interior fit-out works.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Supervise day-to-day site work and ensure smooth execution of fit-out activities.
- Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and workers on-site.
- Transport materials, tools, and manpower to and from project locations as required.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on site.
- Assist in managing labor, site cleanliness, and timely task execution.
- Maintain daily work records and update the project team.
- Drive safely and maintain company vehicle in good condition.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the fit-out/interior industry in a similar role.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Basic understanding of fit-out work such as partitioning, false ceiling, painting, etc.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to handle both driving and supervision tasks effectively.
