Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
- Lead daily briefings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and motivate the team to meet production goals.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges swiftly and diplomatically, maintaining a positive and productive work atmosphere.
