Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all on-site landscape operations, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, budget, and timelines, from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise landscape crews, subcontractors, and vendors, providing clear direction, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain landscape equipment, tools, and materials inventory, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and usage to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field; a strong foundation for understanding design and plant science.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or equivalent, demonstrating professional competence and industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in landscape construction or maintenance, with a proven track record of successful project management.
