Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct precise topographic surveys using advanced GPS, total stations, and laser scanning equipment to gather accurate spatial data.
  • Analyze survey data, generate detailed maps, and create 3D models for construction, infrastructure, and land development projects.
  • Establish and maintain control networks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all survey operations and project phases.
  • Perform boundary surveys, resolving property disputes, and preparing legal descriptions for land registration and transfer.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in spatial science.
  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Registered Surveyor, demonstrating professional competence and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site surveying and geodetic control, showcasing practical application of skills.
  • Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment, ensuring accurate data collection and processing.
