We are a well-established electromechanical company based in Al Qusais, Dubai, offering MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services across residential, commercials sectors. With a focus on quality, safety, and timely execution, we commit ourselves on delivering projects that meet the highest standards.

To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Skilled Painter with hands-on experience in painting and surface finishing for concrete, metal, and wood, especially in interior and exterior settings relevant to MEP-related works.


  • Apply high-quality finishing coats on wood, metal, and concrete surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
  • Mix and match paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to achieve desired colors and textures.
  • Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure accurate application and surface protection.
  • Conduct surface preparation including rust removal, degreasing, sealing, and masking.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure proper storage of materials.
  • Work collaboratively with project supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure painting works align with overall project timelines.
  • Adhere strictly to safety and environmental guidelines during surface preparation and painting activities.
  • Touch-up and repair previously painted surfaces as required during final project handovers or maintenance works.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in the UAE as a professional painter with specialization in wood finishing, metal painting, and concrete surface treatments.
  • Strong knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, sealants, and surface preparation techniques.
  • Familiarity with various painting tools, spray guns, sanding equipment, and safety gear.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in color matching, texture coating, wood staining, and varnishing.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques suitable for MEP-related installations, ducts, panels, and utility rooms is a plus.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in varied environments including heights, outdoor areas, and tight spaces.
  • Currently residing in the UAE with the ability to join on short notice.
  • Trade certification or relevant vocational training in painting (preferred).
  • Experience working with MEP contractors or in an electromechanical services environment.
  • Basic understanding of other site works and ability to coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams.
