Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Booth Operator with 1 to 2 years of experience in auto & manual spray guns on a shift basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the operation of both automatic and manual powder coating guns, specifically GEMA or Nordson equipment, and will have experience in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain GEMA Automatic & Manual Powder Coating Booth.
Manage and oversee production operations, ensuring efficient powder booth performance.
Lead a team in machine operation processes to meet production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (DAE) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution (preferred).
Practical knowledge of powder coating processes and GEMA machine operations.
Previous experience as a Production Operator in an automatic or manual powder coating plant.
