Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Welder

• High School Diploma Certified Two-year technical training from a formal Industrial training Institute. Five (5) years relevant experience. Reading drawings related to his job. Use of hand and power tools and equipment related to his job. He must be able to fabricate and weld all sizes of pipes, flanges and pipe fittings. Electric and copper pipes brazing. Fair English ( Reading, Writing and communication).

Pipe Fitter

• High School Diploma Certified Two-year technical training from a formal Industrial training Institute. Five (5) years relevant experience, Certified for RTR pipe installation and repair Certified for PVC pipe installation and repair. Able to read, write, and communicate in English

Plumber

• Shall be a Secondary School graduate with a trade or vocational school degree and/or diploma in plumbing. Shall have five (5) years experience in plumbing. Shall demonstrate a working knowledge of plumbing. Be able to use various equipment for unplugging blocked sewer lines. Shall have a good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Carpenter

• Shall have five (5) years experience in carpentry including form work for foundations, shuttering and general building carpentry. Shall demonstrate a working knowledge of carpentry. Shall have a good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Mason [Building Trade]

• Have a Diploma or Trade Certificate from Vocational training unit with full apprenticeship training. Must be experienced laying concrete block, brick and stone for walls, foundations and other structures, including cast in place reinforced concrete for floors, walls, sidewalks curbs, beams, columns, and panels and other structures. Must also be experienced in tile laying and leveling, expansion joints and formwork. Must be able to use all mason hand tools and all types of power tools such as cutter, drill, compactor, mixer etc.
