1.1Attend and participate in safety meetings with the crew, including but not limited to; pre-job meeting, site inductions, JHA Toolbox meetings and shift handovers.
1.2Perform all tasks in a safe professional manner, follow technical work instructions, complete required forms and comply with company standards.
1.3Learn PL documentation requirements, OCP, TWI & Forms, job programs including schematics, tool/equipment drawings, equipment specifications, etc.
1.4Assist with the preparation installation and function testing of unit or system to be operated, including rig up, pressure test and rig down of all equipment and tools.
1.5Complete operations forms and checklists, as required.
1.6Assist with pressure tests, function tests, as per relevant TWI and equipment design specifications.
1.7Under supervision operate and maintain equipment, and clean up, repair and prepare for the next job (ex: changing oil, greasing valves, etc.), as directed by the crew lead.
1.8Monitor equipment controls, and accurately record well and tool data as per operation requirements; identify potential problems with equipment.
1.9Learn to select appropriate tools and equipment within working parameters and perform preventative maintenance.
1.10Observe during critical operations.
1.11Under supervision, assist with memory gauge/tool programming, as required.
1.12Perform equipment maintenance and repair work as assigned by the crew lead.
1.13Learn and perform troubleshooting of operations.
1.14Notify crew lead of needed spare parts and consumables.
1.15Maintain close contact with the crew lead regarding work assignments; promptly report all concerns regarding equipment/process.
1.16Report all incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe working environments.
1.17Responsible for good housekeeping and cleanliness on location and in the workshop.
1.18Participate in company training programs, enroll and complete courses and competence assigned.
1.19If required, operate company vehicles according to the Weatherford Driver and Vehicle Safety Policy.
1.20Maintain clear and professional communications with all crew members and company representatives.
1.21Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
1.22Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. And, perform various other duties and activities as assigned within the physical constraints of the job.
