Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and burn patients, including continuous monitoring and treatment administration.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and other critical care equipment safely and effectively.

Monitor and document vital signs, patient progress, and treatment outcomes accurately.

Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and pain management for burn patients.

Maintain strict infection control and hygiene protocols in line with ICU and burn care standards.

Respond promptly to emergencies, performing CPR and other life-saving interventions when necessary.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families throughout the recovery process.

Participate in ongoing quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

Valid nursing license/registration with [insert relevant authority e.g., DOH, DHA, MOH].

Minimum of 2 years experience in ICU, Burn Unit, or Critical Care Nursing.

Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, infection control, and wound management.

BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred).

Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a tertiary hospital or specialized burn center.

Certification in Critical Care or Burn Nursing.

Bilingual (Arabic and English) skills are an advantage.
