Summary:We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Social Art Director to lead the visual identity and creative direction of our brand across all social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Visual Identity for our social media pages
• Define and maintain the visual language of the brand s social platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand identity.
• Develop social-first creative concepts, campaigns, and content strategies.
• Translate brand guidelines into bold, innovative visual executions tailored for each social platform s audience and format.
• Direct the aesthetic of photography, video, motion graphics, typography, and design elements across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and innovations, adapting the brand s creative to maximize impact.
• Partner with Brand and Social teams to align visual storytelling with business goals.
• Translate social insights and cultural trends into creative opportunities that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ensure all content feels authentic, relevant, and aspirational for the beauty community.
• Experiment with new creative formats, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge presence.

• 4+ years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio of social-first and campaign work (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
• Exceptional design sensibility with proven expertise in photography, video, and digital-first creative.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, cultural trends, and the digital content landscape.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• A strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling tailored to social media
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment while meeting deadlines
• Creative, collaborative, and comfortable in front of/behind the camera when needed
• A portfolio showcasing art direction work with strong references to social-first content and campaigns
