Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Co-develop and execute best-in-class social and community strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and WhatsApp Channels.
- Own daily content workflows and scheduling in collaboration with the team assistant.
- Drive community management, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and on-brand engagement.
- Capture and produce social-first content at shoots, launches, and live events.
- Collaborate with editorial and commercial teams to align content and monetization goals.
- Analyse performance, identify patterns, and adjust strategy using platform insights.
- Pitch and deliver branded social-first campaigns with clear KPIs and post-campaign reporting.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Script, edit, and publish content across channels using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Repurpose print and editorial content into compelling digital formats.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience managing social platforms within a premium publisher, creative agency, or brand.
- A strong digital storyteller with a feel for luxury, lifestyle, fashion, and culture.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms and how content performs across formats and audiences.
- Comfortable with video and image editing, community building, and campaign planning.
- Data-driven with experience using analytics tools to refine and scale strategy.
- Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-focused.
- Ideally bilingual (English/Arabic) but not essential.
