Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Linked-In that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences, ensuring a consistent brand voice.

  • Create and curate high-quality, original content, including written posts, articles tailored to retail audiences.

  • Manage social media channels, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics to optimize content performance and audience reach.

  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform content creation and strategy.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Relevant certifications in social media marketing or content creation can demonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise.

  • Prior experience within the marketing or advertising industries is highly advantageous.

  • At least 0-5 years of experience in social media content creation and management is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting compelling content and engaging with the audience.

  • A strong understanding of the target audience’s preferences and behaviors and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
