Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute effective social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and implement best practices to maintain brand relevance.

Lead Generation:
• Plan and run campaigns aimed at generating high-quality organic leads.
• Track, measure, and optimize performance for better ROI.

Content Creation:
• Create visually appealing posts, carousels, reels, and video content in line with brand identity.
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube and other platforms.
• Design marketing materials including posters, banners, and flyers when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Filmora, or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns is an advantage.
