Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Develop content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing goals

  • Create gaming and pop culture–relevant content including reels, memes, short-form videos, captions, and trend-based posts

  • Manage and grow company social media pages, ensuring consistent tone, branding, and engagement

  • Execute social media marketing and promotional campaigns

  • Monitor trends in gaming, esports, and pop culture and quickly adapt content to stay relevant

  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize content accordingly

  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams for visuals, campaigns, and launches

  • Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and interactive content

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation and page management

  • Strong understanding of gaming, esports, internet culture, and pop culture trends

  • Proven experience managing brand social media accounts

  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar)

  • Ability to create short-form video content and write engaging, platform-specific captions

  • Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and performance analytics

  • Confident, presentable, energetic personality with strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment


Preferred

  • Native English speaker or fluent Arabic speaker

  • Experience working with gaming, entertainment, youth brands, or digital communities
