Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced social media & content specialist with hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate must be skilled in content creation, video shooting/editing, Instagram engagement, and managing social media growth for real estate brands.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and post high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Shoot and edit property walkthrough videos, lifestyle reels, testimonials, and market updates.
• Design engaging posts, stories, carousels, and thumbnails.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

Instagram Growth & Engagement

• Increase followers, engagement rate, and reach organically.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Use trending audio, hashtags, and reel formats to boost visibility.
• Collaborate with influencers and agents to create viral content.

Strategy & Marketing

• Develop monthly social media calendars and content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze insights, campaigns, and analytics to optimize performance.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, competition, and market activities.

Video Production

• Shoot professional-quality videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or mobile setups.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, and creative transitions to enhance appeal.

Brand & Coordination

• Work closely with sales teams to highlight new launches, off-plan projects, and listings.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and marketing agencies as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of social media/content experience in Dubai, preferably in real estate.
• Strong portfolio of reels, videos, and managed social media pages.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut).
• Knowledge of Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement techniques.
• Creative thinking and ability to create high-performing content independently.
• Good communication skills and understanding of Dubai’s real estate audience.
