Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external social media/creative agencies.
- Ensure timely briefing, feedback, and approvals for all campaign content and assets.
- Coordinate and support the development of the social media content calendar in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards and agency reports.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and CTR.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Maintain alignment between agency deliverables and brand strategy, tone, and visual identity.
- Review and perform quality control on all agency-produced content before publication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Product) to gather inputs, align messaging, and ensure consistency.
- Keep stakeholders informed on campaign progress, key outcomes, and potential challenges.
- Act as a brand guardian in digital spaces, ensuring all communication is aligned with brand reputation and values.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, trend-sensitive digital environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
- Proven experience with content planning, campaign execution, and working with or managing external agencies.
