In summary, the Social Media Executive responsibilities involve a mix of traditional and digital channels including but not limited to PR content creation and social media with the aim of increasing brand awareness, gaining new customers and ultimately, generating sales for the clinic.

1. Copywriting (SEO-friendly content)
2. Creating SEO – metatag descriptions (with the webmaster)
3. Blogging
4. Community maintenance and management (News & Blogs)
5. Website content distribution to online partners – ExpatWoman, ExpatBloke, Connector
6. Oversees translation of website content to Arabic whenever required

Social Media
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google Plus, Blogger, Tumblr, Pinterest
1. Content creation and automation
2. A/B testing and analytics
3. Running Facebook paid promotions
4. Community management
5. Customer service

Advertising, Market Monitoring
1. Discusses areas of promotion with dentists and hygienists and implements promotions with the help of the team.
2. Arranging reviews for the providers and the clinic as a whole
3. Liaises with other departments to gather data analysis and insights
4. Oversees corporate tie-ups
5. Supervises the school project
6. Monitoring market trends, competitors and their services
7. Identifying high value target markets and developing strategies to reach them online

Visuals and Graphic Design (Print and Online)
Manages the graphic designer and photographer when it comes to:
1. Photo shoots for the website, school project, events and social media
2. Video shoots for brand awareness campaigns on the website and social media
3. Designs and infographics for social media
Copywriting for promotional materials
4. Creates content for brochures, flyers and other print collaterals
5. Creates content (letters, forms) for the School Project as necessary

Public relations and traditional marketing efforts
1. Coordinates with the PR company in terms of media opportunities (magazines, radio, TV)
2. Creates content for press releases, magazines, newspapers, yearbooks
3. Distributes press releases to news agencies
4. Regularly seeks new PR/media opportunities
