Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Film and edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Write captions, post content, and manage the publishing schedule
- Actively manage community interactions (DMs, comments, tags, etc.)
- Monitor trends and suggest new creative ideas regularly
- Track performance and report key metrics to the team
- Maintain a consistent visual and brand tone across all output
Desired Candidate Profile
You ll be responsible for creating engaging short-form video and visual content that reflects Spartan s tone, style, and energy. You should be fast, plugged into trends, and able to turn around high-quality content with minimal oversight.
