Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to build and scale our agency’s digital presence from scratch. You will manage content creation, run targeted ads, and generate inbound leads.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage company pages across all major social platforms.
- Plan and post engaging, viral content related to recruitment, career tips, and client success stories.
- Design basic visual content (reels, graphics, video editing).
- Run targeted paid campaigns to generate leads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Track analytics, engagement rates, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Support the team with building the brand media kit and website launch content.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts (agency or in-house).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience running ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
- Creative mindset and strong aesthetic sense.
- Familiarity with recruitment industry is a plus.
