Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the social media accounts (Meta/Snapchat/YouTube/TikTok)
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars in alignment with brand guidelines
- Scheduling & publishing SM content across all channels
- Engages with the brand's online community
- Manage & measure the online presence of the brand through social listening tools
- Analyze online customer knowledge and update action plan accordingly to reach defined goals (drive traffic to site, store, online sales, feedback gathering etc.)
- Monitor brand’s online reputation & awareness by ensuring relevant online presence and content management
- Responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyze data to optimize the digital strategy, identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all channels
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
- Strong background in social media content creation – essential
- Strong copywriting skills in Arabic and English
- Must be fluent in Arabic & English
- Experience is using social media management tools.
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
