Social Media Executive/ Specialist

Manage all social media campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction.
• Creation of contents that drives brand and engages customers.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Hands on experience in content management.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Experience in medical social media.
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO.
• Fluent English.
